Stars back Stoptober with Spotify playlists

30 09 2016

Music streaming service Spotify has unveiled a new campaign in aid of Stoptober, featuring Boy George, Sir Sir Bob Geldof, Tim Westwood, Natasha Hamilton and Jasmin Walia.

The stars have created music playlists to help listeners get through 28 days smoking-free. Hamilton commented 'My health is one of the main reasons I want to quit, but I also really want to do it for my children. Music has obviously always been a massive part of my life and helped me get through many ups and downs. These playlists for Stoptober are a great way to listen to some uplifting and motivating music at moments when I might be tempted to smoke. I am ready to quit and hope lots of smokers will join me in quitting this Stoptober. Bring it on!'.
